The firm has its own in-house Solicitor-Advocate with higher rights of audience in all courts in England & Wales to the House of Lords and is, therefore, able to provide a one-stop service for clients requiring matters to be conducted in the Crown Court, High Court, Court of Appeal & House of Lords, where solicitors, with no higher rights of audience are unable to appear in open court. In addition, the firm has close associations with reputable chambers of barristers who are regularly instructed on behalf of our clients to undertake litigation work involving advocacy in court, opinion writing, drafting, negotiation and conference.
